I suffered a server failure where my HDDs scrammed on my RAID 5. I was able to bring the drives back online and plan to get as much info off and onto another server as soon as possible. Hwoever, the following problem is occurring. If I try to mount my store,
I get error 1041724 an internal processing error has occurred.... blah, blah...
The event viwer shows this on my mount attempt... The MAPI call 'OpenMsgStore' failed with the following error: The attempt to log on to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer has failed. The MAPI provider failed. Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store ID no: 8004011d-0512-00000000
So far I have tried every trick I can think of...
eseutil /mh returned that the DB was Clean Shutdown
"isinteg -s myserver -fix -test alltests" returns this... Only databases marked as Offline can be checked Index Status Database-Name Storage Group Name: First Storage Group 1 Offline Mailbox Store (E2DOMAZ) 2 Online Public Folder Store (E2DOMAZ) Enter a number to select a database or press
You have selected First Storage Group / Mailbox Store Continue?(Y/N)y Isinteg cannot initiate verification process. Please review the log file for more information.
I tried to just recover and... eseutil /p completed successfully.
I can remove all my files (rename mdbdata) and restart my information service and store and the system will come online. Just cannot do it with my old DB file.
I cannot find any log file form isinteg to review so that has me stumped. There was a isinteg.pri in the BIN folder but it has info dated from the 15th, same date as my DB if that is no coincidence.
I have verified that there is a SystemAccount in the users for my domain for the mailbox in Exchange.
Log file replay would not run at all. My logs are from the day before.
So... The DB shows clean shutdown. The streaming file was generated using the createstm switch when I did my eseutil /mh.
Is there a guru in the house who can get me on the path? I have exhausted all my technet and msdn resources.
Thanks all!

To successfully mount a store, it must be 'Consistent'. Corrupt logs or stores can cause a database to be unmountable. Using ESEUTIL or a restore from a good backup is the only way to get it consistent again and therefore mountable.
