External Postoffice Storage - 5.Jul.2000 5:17:00 PM
Guest
My Platform: NT 4.0 R6, MSEXCHANGE 5.5 SP3 on a Compaq 3300 with a Network RAID unit that I use for storage.

I want to have my mailboxes on my RAID System and be able to modify the 'Databases Path' setting of my Exchange Server to point to the mapped drive.

I am getting a message stating that 'the path is bad or it is not a local drive...'.

Does anyone know how to have the exchange server system files running on the NT Server and the data (mailboxes, etc.) on a mapped network drive????

Thanks a Lot.
