The time specified on all e-mail in our organization is wrong. Sometimes you receive mail a mail from someone across the room from and the time will say the mail was sent at 1am. Please help.

Check that the server that validates the NT login is showing the right time. Also check that the Time Zone settings on the various machines are set to the same location.
