Hi,

We have a user that have duplicate emails on her mailbox. She sometimes get about 6-7 of the same emials, w/ the same time stamps from different people. We are running Exchange 5.5 SP3. No other users are having that problem. Any ideas?

Corrupt Mailbox...
Suggest creating a new mailbox for the user and disable the old one. Either exmerge the old information out or have the user download to a PST and then extract this back to the new mailbox.

If you are using Outlook XP you have to disable remote mail in send and recieve group in side of Outlook.
Edit all accounts and remove remote mail group.
