Not sure what happened but any user in my domain can open up another users mailbox in Outlook. What permissions or settings do I need to set to make sure that the only mailbox a user can open is theirs and ones that they have been delegated to as well. This is a real problem for me and I need to get this fixed ASAP. Any help that you can give me will be appreciated.

You need to review the permissions that are set on the Directory - you'll find you have a group or All Users set with probably Service Account permissions. You need to take these off the Recipients Conmtainer of your site, this might have inherited this permission from the Site object, so check that as well. Whilst you're at it, check the Configuration container permissions just to be sure (setting this one wrong doesn't let people log into other people's mailboxes, it just let everyone manage your Exchange config!).

If you can't see a permissions tab on the objects, you need to enable the option in that copy of Admin via the Tools Options.
