All users are using local PST files now with Microsoft Mail. I may be installing exchange 2000. How can I import the local PSTs to the Exchange mailboxes on the server?

Hi. You can use Exmerge, i never use this tool with PSTs from Microsoft Mail, but try it.

I wouldn't mess with it, just start people fresh unless they otherwise insist they want their old mail put on the server. (I mainly do this for my VIPs such as executives) Also, you can do it, just make sure that if you use mailbox limits, that the user's PST file is smaller than the limit.

why don't you just export pst files to a file server, or have the user export to their hard drive?
