Hello

How can be a mailbox cleaned from server side on exchange 2003.

The closest thing that comes to "Clean Mailbox" in Exchange 5.5 found in Exchange 2003 is Mailbox Manager. Goto the properties of your recipient policy, and click on "Mailbox Manager Settings (Policy)", here you can specify what you want to do with emails found in certain folders on your Exchange system. By default, only a report is generated.

Also, it affects all mailboxes found on that system, if you want to exclude certain mailboxes, follow this article:
