Directory Synchronization/Replication - 18.Mar.2005 2:15:00 PM

Hi,

in our Exchange 5.5 organization with several sites, directory synchronization was easily configurable:

""

Standard SMTP mails were sent from site to site, propagating any changes in the custom recipients lists.

How is this done in Exchange 2003? I wonder where to configure replication, I can create a new Replication Service in System-Manager which has no properties and the only reference to replication can be found within public folders? The sites have to synchronize via SMTP by all means of course, due to firewall restrictions.
