I just started a company that is using a windows 98 machine to administer the Microsoft Mail, so if that computer goes down nobody has email.

We want to move to exchange 2003, are there any benefits of migrating from Microsoft Mail Post Office or should I just basically implement a new exchange environment just use the same email addresses?
