I moved a large mailbox today about 18,000 mails using the move mailbox wizard, it took approximately 4 hours. Mails that were sent during the move period weren't delivered. Also there doesn't appear to be any ndr or bounces to the senders. It happened on both internal and external mail sent to the user. All new mails are being delivered fine. I have checked postmaster and exchange admin mailboxes but there is no sign of the mails. This is the 1st of many big mailboxes

Do it off hours so no one is in the office to prevent internal mails. For the external stuff, you can stop it at the firewall, change the IP of the server, or any number of network realted things, your isp will hold it for you.
