I just set up Exchange 2000 and when I try to go to http\\SERVERNAME\Exchange\USERNAME it doesn't work whe I go to http:\\SERVERNAME\Exchange it works, but it logs you on with the account that is loged on. Any ideas?

You don't use "USERNAME", you have to use the account alias.

Try putting a backslash \ at the end.
eg http:\\SERVER\exchange\username\

Goto to ISM (Internet Server Manager ) You will find the virtual direcotry have red label just right click on it the select proprties the at LOCA PATH edit box select browse then reslect the path becarfull it's must have same path
then press OK you will find every thing Normal This what i do whene i get same problem with exchange 2000 I hop It's will help You
