I have thousands of log entries in the Security event log on my Exchange 2000 box. This is because it audits (amongst other things) the logon to all mail boxes. These are event IDs 565 and 562.

To get rid of these, I have disabled auditing eveywhere I could think of (domain policy, domain controller policy, local policy, specifically for some users to see if that helped). Nothing helped. Where are the auditing settings that control this?

TIA,

- Soren
