Win2000 Native Mode, mixed mode E2000 SP2, Domain Admins whose mailbox is on the E2000 server are able to send mail FROM other users and those users can be on a 5.5 or E2000 server.

Any help would be most appreciated.

We have experienced the same problem however we have yet to find a solution.

The problem is that "Domain Admins" have "Send As" Permissions on user accounts.

These permissions are explicate not inherited so I don't know where to change them.

If anyone does have some insight on this that would be great...

Have you by chance checked out Microsoft article Q262054? It explains several ways to get access to all mailboxes. This may help isolate where they are getting their permissions.
