I have several messages in the local delivery queue that are not being delivered to mailboxes.

Most are error messages to a distrbution list from an external application deployment. SOme people on the distribution list are getting the messages, others are not.

I am on the list, but am not getting the messages.

Differnece between two groups of people. The people who are still getting their messages left their machines up and outlook connected to the exchange server last night, during a scheduled outage window for update to Exchange SP3. Thoes not getting the messages have either rebooted since then, or were not connected to the exchange server during the update of SP3.

These two issues are casuing me a lot of greif with management. Does nayone have any recomendations?
