after an add of a new domain a X server couldn't send e-mail to y server.

i found a KB 819421 but i can't believe that only microsoft could solve this problem.

this is the message that return to the sender :

From: postmaster@receivingdomain.com
To: sender@sendingdomain.com
Sent: Date and time
Subject: Subject
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

To: "User Name" user name@receivingdomain.com
Subject: Subject
Sent: Date and time
The following recipient(s) could not be reached: user name@receivingdomain.com on date and time
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address. exchange.receivingdomain.com
