so i have a user..lets call him bob. but bob has multiple personalities so he's also john. he has two users set up in exchange... one is bob@domain.com and the other john@domain.com. how can we set up bob to have only one copy of outlook open, access all the mail folders and contacts, appts, etc of john, and more importantly send mail out from outlook as john (not on behalf of john). delegates in outlook doesn't seem to do this well because when you go to file->open other user's folder->john inbox, it only opens in the inbox. so i tried open another mail box in his exchange settings in outlook, that gives a whole 'nother tree in outlook for john but i can't seem to send as john though in exchange bob has full control permissions in the security tab and in the mailbox rights section under exhcange advanced tab.

any thoughts?

have i confused anyone yet?

thanks in advance.
