Issues with user rights - 8.Nov.2004 4:16:00 PM
Guest
I need to know how to give user access to another users outlook. Whether it would be full access or for instance if I just want to give a user access to another users calendar. I understand if I go to my exchange server under exchange advance I can allow full access. But how do I limit the access. (Lets say if I just want to give a user access to another users inbox and thats it)

help is appreciated

Hi,

From the active directory users and computers you can only assign rights for the complete mailbox. If you want to assign rights for the inbox only you need to start Outlook as the user whose mailbox you want to share and then delegate the permissions from here
