Does anyone know how to create a redundant server that would receive all mail messages simultaneously with the original exchange server so if the original goes down, the backup server can be used? I was thinking that a bridgehead server or relay might be able to send a redundant copy of each mail to a clone server.

not sure, i use a rh linux running sendmail, with a mx of 10 and placed it at our hostinfacility incase our T1 goes down or exchange does. exch has an mx of 40, and will primarily rec mail relayed from thje linux box, so if exchange dumps the linux will que all mail until i can get it up and running again,

other than that cluster with adv server, i am not sure if a mailbox can reside on more than one exchange server
