There is a person that I don't want their e-mail reaching my server's mailbox. I am running Exchange Server 5.5. I need help with this.

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Try setting up a custom recipient for this user and then put them on the 'Reject messages from' list in delivery restrictions of the IMC.

We actually use NAI's webshield which maintains a list of block addresses.
