We are moving from an Exchange 5.5 Site to a brand new exchange 2000 site, on a new domain.

I need to dump the DL's and Group user mailbox properties to a CSV file, capturing DL and group membership, although using Save Screen Content will capture some of the information required, it miss quite a bit of, especially where we have group mailboxes with user allowed to send on behalf of.

Does anyone know of a good utility which will allow me to capture this info?

Hi Baldeagle812,

Exchange 5.5 Administrator

From the Menu
Tools
Directory Export

That'll do it for you.

Already done this, but we are moving from an Exchange 5.5 Org to a 2000 Org and changing domains at the same time. I need to be able to capture the Delivery Options "Send on Behalf of..."

I have tried IMIBO and Directory export, but nothing seems to work.

Hi again,

I know there's a way to capture more data than what is done by default. You can simply add fields to a .CSV file and select that file to dump the data into. The export will review the file and gather the data.

I'm not sure what field name you would use for this data though. Sorry [Frown]

Thanks Velocat. Found Header.EXE, which creates a CSV header file.
