Sometimes, we face slow performance of MS Outlook in moving, searching due large size & large number of items in PST file. For better performance and fast management of Outlook, you can split large sized PST files into several small PST file. As we know 2 GB Limitation imposed by Outlook 2000/2002/XP that it does not support PST file larger than 2GB file size. I am using PSTViewer Pro from Encryptomatic, LLC.

This helps me to read almost all email formats and export pst files to different file format as well.
