All,

Currently running Exchange 2K Enterprise and have Groupshield handling the antivirus chores for e mail. So far I have been real happy with it.

However I have been reading that it would be better to implement a 2 tiered approach to anti virus software and was wondering if anyone had oppinions about this, how to possibly implement it and comments about GFI's antivirus product.

Thanks

We use Groupshield to prevent viruses ever reaching the user via the email client.

We also install anti-virus software on all the PCs as well, in case someone has an infected file and tries to use or send it. It will be detected.

We also make sure that the updates are applied daily so will include any emergency updates besides the weekly ones.

Works very well for us.
