I have installed exchange 2000 and created mailbox Like support for support people,sales for sales people with common password. Today anybody using from support deleted all mails in inbox of support.
I want to give permissions that anybody using sales support mailbox can not delete mails in inbox as well as other folders and also want to monitor action performed from particular user or computer.

I would recommend not using a mailbox for this type of situation but use a mail-enabled Public Folder, here is a link that might help:
