I would like to block all mails that have as sender *@mydomain.com where mydomain.com is my own domain.

Of course I only want to block these mails if they have been sent from outside my domain, not when sent internally.

This to prevent that people in our company think they get a request from someone else in the company when in fact the mail was falsely sent from someone outside.

if you have not given outlook web access to the people to access the mails from outside your lan than u can restrict the users from sending the mails through the smtp virtual server by disallowing their ips or allowing only the ones which u want.
if OWA has been given than u will have to put the restrictions to the user via the active directory users and computers menu
