What are the bare minimum permissions required for administering Exchange 2k (or 2003)? Does the user need Domain Admin privileges, or can they make do with just membership to a "E2kAdmins" group that has been delegated the required privileges?

Hi,

In order to administrate exchange 200x server users needs local administrative rights on the server where exchange is running and they need to have delegated exchange admin permissions.
