Every user in our AD can open each others mailboxes through outlook using "File->Open->Open another user's folders". As well as connecting to OWA by

Any one know any user rights that might fix the problem. I have tried a few things, but it either has no effect or it kills the mail box.

I had the same problem with our exchange server - above post is correct, goto your mailbox store and make sure "Everyone" is not checked ............. (This was causing the headaches before ) when they try to open another users email folder it will throw an error at them and not let them "in"

hope this helps
