Anyone ever seen this issue? One of my clients could connect no problem to their exchange server from their dial-up connection for the longest time. Recently, they've had to switch the phone number they use to dial-up they're ISP. Now whenever they try to log in, the log in prompt keeps returning. Now, if they go back to the old number, OWA works fine. To me this seems like its something on the ISP side that's not allowing the authentication traffic to go through. Any thoughts?

OWA only uses two ports - by default port 80/TCP (HTTP), but if you have implemented SSL it's port 443/TCP (HTTPS).
