Hello,
One of our clients is having an issue with their Exchange server. After an undetermined amount of time the OWA will quit working, but internal users can still access their email. I've noticed that when this happens, the "Public Folder Store" is unavailable. I'm new to Exchange and don't know if there is a way to make it available again or if this is even the reason OWA stops working. The only way we've been able to get it working again is to restart the server, which isn't acceptable.

I really appreciate any insight anyone has to offer.
