mail not routing tor recipients on same server

Status: offline 		We are having a problem with a newly set up exchange server. Where we have set up an SMTP connector to route mail to different routing groups and this is working fine.

But internal mail is not working. It doesn't get delivered it seems to automatically go out the SMTP connector.

Does anyone have any ideas
