mail proxy for public folder

Status: offline 		Recently I'm facing a problem with public folder mail enabling. when I try to make a folder mail enabled a message comes telling me that the mail proxy for that folder cannot be found.

I have another exchange server 2003 along with ex2k. both ar FE. when I mail enable the folder from 2003 a warning shows in the event log "unable to crete active directory object for the folder.

Can any one help me to solve this problem
