how do you give grant yourself permission to read another users email box?

i have made a mail enabled group and ad contacts when i send the mail is sent fine but i cannot access the users email box! i must logon in that users name.

i cannot see the mailbox permissions in the right hand side? do i need to add myself to groups?

Hi,
You need to set permissions on the individual mailboxes. If you have SP1 installed, right click on the mailbox under Recipient Configuration and choose "Manage Full Access" and add your user account there. Alternatively, use the Add-Adpermission cmdlet.
