mailbox unavailable when relaying through exchange

I have a Dell Kbox K1000 appliance that does hosts my help desk. It has the ability to create tickets if you send emails to it and it will email updates to ticket creators and admins. It's setup to send/receive email through my Exchange 2007 server.
Let's say the internal domain for my network is sub.domain.on.ca. The kbox has it's own subdomain kbox.sub.domain.on.ca. My external domain for email is domain.ca.
The email address that's configure for the kbox to receive help desk tickets is help@kbox.sub.domain.on.ca. I have in Exchange a email account help@domain.ca and a contact help@kbox.sub.domain.on.ca. The user forwards all email to the contact and is delivered to the kbox.
I can send and receive email to and from the kbox on the internal network with no issues, but if someone outside of the domain (i.e. gmail) were to send an email help@domain.ca it does reach the kbox and it creates a ticket but the kbox can not send email back.
The following is a diagosic test message from the kbox sending to an external email. I have replaced the real domains and emails with generic ones.

10.0.0.10 is my Exchange IP and 10.0.0.15 is the kbox IP
SO that looks okay but I get the following error bounce message:

In Exchange I have setup receive and send connectors between the two servers. Not sure what else I can do here. Like I said it does work internally. Just not outside.

Turns out it was my watchguard firewall.
