One of the user is complaining that he cannot connect to Exchange 2007 after upgrading from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2010. When checking the status of Outlook, he gets "microsoft outlook is requesting data from the server". This issue is faced when he tries from other PCs with Outlook 2010.

When he tries from Outlook 2007, it works fine and he is able to access email without any issues. Any suggestion/help would be appreciated.
