I was wondering if anyone was aware of a 3rd party application that can monitor incoming and outgoing email?

We have some employees we need to monitor. I currently set it up to forward email to my account as well as theres, but i was wondering if there is a way to monitor outgoing email as well. or if anyone knew of a 3rd party product that we could look into.

One option is use the "Message Archiving" feature of Exchange, if you are running the Enterprise version of Exchange, create a Mailbox Store and place the users who mail you want to monitor into this Store, then enable Message Archiving for this store, here is an article that explains how the Message Archiving feature works:
