hi this is sumit i am new in exchange pls anybody tell me how to create multiple mail id for single mailbox for ex-2003

You simply add additional addresses to the SMTP address list on the properties of the user account.
However that will work only for inbound email. All outbound email will only use the default email address. There is no mechanism in Exchange using default tools to allow the user to select a different SMTP address for email to leave the network on.
