Dear well trained Exchange Experts

Prefs:
small organiation (40 mailboxies)
windows small business server 2003
MS Exchange server 2003 sp1

I want to manage mailboxes follows:

from all usuall mailbox folders should moved massages older than 60 days to system cleanup folder, than from system cleanup folder after 30 days to deleted items, and i want delete items finally after 30 days form deleted items.

For this procedure seems to be the recipient policy the right way. But the problem is: mailbox management recipient policies i can create more than one, but only that with the lowest priority will proceed (when the mailbox management schedule runs).

I havent found anything helpfull, hope u have some tipps.

Thanx a lot.

I accept mails too!
