Hi Raj, Well this kind of issues take very long time to troubleshoot and it can be caused by various reasons....like performance issue with the exchange server, DB issue on exchange server, issues with DC/GC, issues with n/w, issue with client end PC....anyways firstly you need to identify to whom is the client connecting to when you get the RPC dialog boxes, to do this check what does the RPC dialog box says, if it shows the FQDN name then the issue is with client connectivity with DC/GC and if it comes up with a Netbios name then the issue is with client connectivity with the exchange server. Since you have mentioned that it's occuring with user's only belonging to 2 exchange servers, run EXBPA report (www.exbpa.com) check if it gives you any warning and ensure that the service pack level on the affected 2 exchange server is the same as it is on the rest of the 2 servers. For deeper troubleshooting you might have to run netmon tool on the client, exchange server and the GC and read the traces which will confirm what is causing the issue. Also check for the below KB articles on support.microsoft.com KB 839862 KB 899618 Also if you still cannot resolve, then I would suggest you to call Microsoft PSS. Regards, Raghu
