Hi have recently started getting the following error message when setting up new accounts with Outlook 2007 after configuring exchange server 2010.the error is :

The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.

Outlook then prompts me to enter the username and password, i do so and get message again. i cannot setup any accounts for new machines.

Points to note are that OWA works fine, and previous users who are already setup work fine also. It seems to be limited to setting up new Outlook 2007 accounts.
It can find the username fine and at times fail to fine . It comes up with green ticks under the Online Search for your server settings: is there any settings I did not get right at the server? I`m using exchange 2010.

Outlook 2007 or later uses AutoDiscovery to locate a user's Exchange mailbox and server. Have you configured DNS for an AutoDiscovery entry?
