I understand new-exchangecertificate, import-exchangecertificate and enable-exchangecertificate -services "pop, imap, smtp, iis". But how do you do this for 2nd server? I have a lab and on my cas1 server i did the import fine,, but I had to generate a 2nd request for cas2.. Is this true? so if I was to set this up for a customer I would have to request 2 valid certs at the cost of $80 per year each? Just help me clarify this.

Hi , I think you are right but when using it in NLB maybe you can request a certificate for the NLB hostname ? Also make sure SP1 is installed because it is not supported in the RTM version: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb510126.aspx
