Status: offline 		I can Log into owa, but it stops loading. All I see is the top bar for "new, reply, etc.." and I see my user name and below the username it says "loading", and is hung. on the left all I see are the icons for folders and shortcuts. the bottom left corner says "error on page"

I have exch. 2K, sp3 with the rollup patch...any suggestions...thanks

Sounds like missing permissions or something...

I suggest you try pinpoint the problem by using the splendid OWA 2000 Troubleshooting guide from MS:

Status: offline 		added rights, including logging on as admin - installed the sp3 rollup patch = not working...does anyone know how to troubleshoot runtime =1 errors...

Status: offline 		Does it work internally on your LAN ?

Do you use SSL ?

Have you tried from more than one client ?

Status: offline 		yes it works internally but only if I use the machine name, not the one with the external name. I tried on several computers and no luck. no ssl

Status: offline 		Can you verify you can load other pages on Default Website using your external DNS/Domain name ?
