owa login problem

i have added an user that cant login using owa.  i have deleted and recreated with no success.  reset p/w no success.  I have tried researching but didnt find much.  any ideas?  thanks

In the EMC go to Recipient Configuration-->Mailbox. Right-click the user's mailbox and select Properties. Go to the "Mailbox Features" tab and make sure that "Outlook Web Access" is enabled for that user.

An easy way to ensure this takes place for every subsequent box you create is to create a default user poliy in Exchange that specifies that OWA is enabled.
