After I installed sp3 rollup 15 for Exchange 2010, I'm having a ton of issues. I've got everything working again except OWA. I've tried numerous fixes I've found on the internet to no avail and the state of the problem keeps changing with everything I try. Where I'm at now is that I show no owa virtual directory in the emc or iis. However, I can't add an owa virtual directory through Exchange Management Shell because it says that a virtual directory already exists. Is there some way I can wipe out the OWA settings and just start from fresh and repopulate the directories and everything?
