I referred to Microsoft KB316792 for minimim permissions required to add and delete mailboxes and enable and disable instant messenger.  Does anyone know what permissions need WP (write property) to establish an e-mail address, delete e-mail addresses, add additional email addresses, and hide from address lists?  I tried using the permissions found in the KB article but no luck.  When I try to establish an e-mail address I get "access denied"  Are there other permissions that I need to set or is there another article explaining how to do this?
