Hello Admin

my problem is i never under stand port forwarding my network configuration is

local network my static ip by my isp
Exchange server ip 68.168.68.145
10.0.0.1 255.255.255.245
255.0.0.0

my problem is my dsl router by default web access 192.168.1.1 when i go Application option it show port forwarding only 192.168.1.------ i want 10.0.0.1 ip open smtp but it not show and it not allow 10.0.0----- how i re-config my router 192.168.1.1 to 10.0.0.1

I don't understand your question and how it relates to Exchange. What IP address are you trying to configure, and why?
