Hello! I have a sbs server 2003 installed in my company. We have a FQDN registered to our ISP which is handling (hosting) for now all our email accounts. I have configured exchange's pop3 connector to retrieve these pop3 accounts and deliver them to corresponding domain.local users. Until now everything is ok. My problem is when a user tries to send a email to someone.Although email arrives to the recepient, the email address that is shown is user@domain.local instead of user@company.com . I went to the properties of each user on SMTP address tab and changed the email to user@company.com and set it as primary. My questions are: 1. How can i setup each user when sends a email to someone to appear as a general email acount for example info@company.com? On smtp tab i cannot set this address to all users. 2. Is it possible from the client side, the user to be able to select each time from whih account is sending the email? for example (info,sales,accounting@company.com) When outlook is enabled with pop3 accounts (not exchange) the user has this option to select the account which is sending from. Thanks for any answers

Hi, If I was in your shoes, I'll create diferent profiles por each acount. You can do this at the control panel of the local machine. At opening Outlook will ask wich profile the user want to use. But donīt forget to give the necessary permitions at the accounts, so that one autenticated user can open and send mail from another account. Regarding the after the @ questions, you can change tha at the users acounts, by adding a new smtp email, and seting it ās the primary. Best, JoniFili
