Could someone tell me how i can re-install Outlook Web Access (Ex2003)?

I get this error

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) was used to attempt access.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please try the following:

Contact the Web site administrator if you believe that this request should be allowed.
Make sure that the Web site address displayed in the address bar of your browser is spelled and formatted correctly.
HTTP Error 405 - The HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

It almost sounds like you've got urlscan or another ISAPI filter that's blocking the verb.

But just in case, for a problem that seemed to be with IIS, we did a reinstall with the following steps:

Backup the system, including system state, with the exchange services stopped. Stopping the services allows you to get the MTA files which will be in use. Also, do a backup of the exchange information store, which will be one of the options in the windows backup tool. Backing up the information store seperately makes it easier to put back later if you have to.

Make note of all the IIS settings you may have customized (like certificates and permissions) since you'll have to reset them later.

1. set the exchange services that are at 'Automatic' normally to disabled.

2. Remove everything under the 'Application Server' section of Add/Remove Windows Components...Be sure to make note of what's installed already!

3. Reinstall IIS, this is where your notes for what was installed previously will make a difference. Make sure to include NNTP and SMTP and the WWW service.

4. Run the exchange 2003 setup, using the default reinstall option.

5. Put back the certificate/permissions you had set before. But be sure to test as you're putting things back, maybe you'll find a problem here.

This worked great for us, and after the reinstall we only had to reapply the SSL cert, and we were up and running. The whole process took an hour. We had spent hours trying to find the needle in the haystack, but the reinstall did great.
