I'm new to this forum and this is my first post so please forgive me if I make any protocol gaffes.

At the business I work, we use MS Exchange 2010.

The main problem is if you forward an email to another site or external provider (such gmail, even to yourself), the reply-all mechanism would trip the cc group and other people are out of the loop. Essentially you can not use the 'reply all' mechanism.

In other words, the internal cc addresses are removed.

Our IT personnel say that this is a well known "feature" of Microsoft Exchange.

Is this true, and is there some type of work around that could be implemented?
