rollup 9 install issues

Status: offline 		Fresh Server 2012 install with Exchange 2010SP3 on it. When I install Rollup 9 with elevated privileges the GIU says all is well. But Exchange stays at the same version. Here is the link to the log file.

Help..this has been going on for too long.
