hello all -
I have created a mailbox for a program that needs to send mail only and would like it set to not receive. It is a reporting program that lets people know that a topic has been posted. How do I set this up to not receive? I have read something on a shared mailbox but the documentation was old and I though soething would be more applicable for 2010.

If you right click the mailbox of the account in Exchange and go to properties, then to Mail Flow settings. You can set the mailbox to only allow specific users to send to it by double clicking message delivery restrictions and selecting only Senders in the following list, and leaving the list blank.
