i have e-mail's in queue whit this error,
Last Error: 421 4.4.2 Connection dropped, any info on this?

1>. on the exchange server goto logging tab and on left find TRANSPORT and increase the logging from none to medium.

2>. the smart host you are sending your mail to is it youe own or an isp mail relay?
if your own check its event logs assuming its IIS / SMTP on windows add in "Send NDR copy to" your email addresses" to help debug

3> do the usual "telnet smarthost 25" to see if you get a "220 emstp yada ya etc.."
